Update/Remove Data

It is your responsibility to ensure that any update or inaccuracies in the data held about you are reported.
After such report, the databases will be updated to ensure the rules of the Data Protection Act (1998) are abided.
To request an alteration please ensure you provide your full name and email address (that currently held by this site).
Changes should be in this form: data = value, line break seperated.

eg:	Name	=	Example
	Email Address	=	me@example.com

You may wish to use this form to request a copy of all the data held about you: a fee may be required for such request.
